Historic Roser Park Neighborhood Association Members
The current association was incorporated in 1995. The purpose of the association, as stated in the bylaws, is to act as a local community civic association and as a 501(c)3 Nonprofit organization for the advancement of charitable purposes. The Historic Roser Park Neighborhood Association (HRPNA)’s role includes promoting the appropriate planning, zoning, safety, crime prevention, welfare, and environmental well-being of the neighborhood.
All adult residents of Historic Roser Park are eligible to become members.
Adults living outside the boundaries of the neighborhood, but who endorse the goals of the Association may become Associate Members. These members do not have the right to vote or hold office.
General meetings are held quarterly, typically the third Thursday of the months of January, March, June, and September.

Membership Dues Payment
NEW for 2025!
Members of HRPNA (Members) are defined as individual residents of Historic Roser Park (Individual Member) and membership by domicile (Household Member). Household Memberships may cover all adults in one household, but voting members will be limited to two.. Dues are payable January 1st.
Memberships paid after October 31st will cover the following year.

Neighborhood meetings
General neighborhood meetings are held four times a year and are open to the public. Below are are scheduled meetings; details will be sent out through our email list and Facebook group.

Track your volunteer hours
As a neighborhood, we get credit for the hours our neighbors and association members volunteer and it makes us eligible for grants from the City. Examples include picking up trash around the neighborhood, participating in an event, or helping to clean up the cemetery. Submit your volunteer hours below!
