The current association was incorporated in 1995. The purpose of the association, as stated in the bylaws, is to act as a local community civic association and as a 501(c)3 Non profit organization for the advancement of charitable purposes.
HRPNA’s role includes promoting the appropriate planning, zoning, safety, crime prevention, welfare, and environmental well being of the neighborhood.
All adult residents of Historic Roser Park are eligible to become members. Adults living outside the boundaries of the neighborhood, but who endorse the goals of the Association may become Associate Members. These members do not have the right to vote or hold office.
General meetings are held quarterly, typically the third Thursday of the months of January, March, June, and September. The location is in the meeting room of the ACH Education and Conference Center, 701 4th St. S. (parking and entrance in the back of the building)
To become a member, send dues to the Treasurer at the address found in Contacts OR pay with credit card below! Annual dues are $15 per person. Dues are payable on January 1st.
